Montenegro’s national carrier — Air Montenegro — has officially announced the launch of its first mobile app, developed to improve the user experience and simplify travel. Now all flight information is available literally in one click — right on your smartphone.

What can the new app do?

The Air Montenegro app allows you to:

  • Quickly search for and book airline tickets in just a few steps;
  • View current and past bookings;
  • Receive push notifications with important updates before the flight;
  • Take advantage of exclusive offers and promotions, available only through the app.

The interface is intuitive, mobile-friendly, and available in Montenegrin and English, which is convenient for both local and foreign passengers.

Where can I download the Air Montenegro app?

The app is available for free in the stores:

Where does Air Montenegro fly in 2025?

The airline is expanding its route network, making Montenegro accessible to tourists and business travelers from around the world. In 2025, Air Montenegro operates flights to the following cities:

Regular flights from/to Podgorica and Tivat:

  • Serbia – Belgrade
  • Slovenia – Ljubljana
  • Germany – Frankfurt, Leipzig, Nuremberg
  • Austria – Vienna
  • Czech Republic – Prague
  • Switzerland – Zurich
  • France – Paris (Charles de Gaulle)
  • Turkey – Istanbul
  • Italy – Milan (seasonal)
  • Poland – Warsaw (in cooperation with LOT and Smartwings)

Also available are seasonal charters and partner flights in cooperation with other airlines, including through codeshare with Turkish Airlines, LOT, Austrian Airlines, and others.

Codeshare — is an agreement between airlines under which the same flight can be sold under different codes and flight numbers. Let’s say you have a ticket with flight number YM123 from Air Montenegro, but it is actually operated by Turkish Airlines (which has, for example, TK456). That is codeshare.

How do you get to Montenegro?

Montenegro has two international airports:

  • Podgorica Airport (TGD) — suitable for travel to the central part of the country and the north.
  • Tivat Airport (TIV) — ideal for a seaside holiday: Budva, Kotor, Tivat, Herceg Novi.

The airline Air Montenegro offers direct flights to both airports from major European cities, and with convenient connections — also from the USA, Canada, and the Middle East.

With the launch of its mobile app, Air Montenegro makes travel even more convenient and modern. The app will become a useful tool for frequent and new passengers alike, allowing them to keep the entire journey under control — from booking to boarding.
