At the end of May, Air Montenegro will launch three new charter routes to the Baltic states – Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
Return flights from Tivat to Vilnius, Riga, and Tallinn will operate from the end of May to the beginning of October twice a week on each of these routes.
“Opening our country to the Baltic market is of great importance for Montenegrin tourism and this year’s tourist season. There has long been strong interest from tourists from the Baltic states in Montenegro. By launching routes from Tivat to Vilnius, Riga, and Tallinn, the national airline is responding to high demand in the peak summer season, as well as in the important post-season period. By establishing direct charter flights to these cities, we will make our country even more accessible and attractive to a market with great potential,” the national airline said in a statement.
According to them, negotiations are underway to launch other charter routes.
“We are receiving optimistic announcements from tourism officials and our partners from various markets, so this summer season we will also connect Montenegro with numerous destinations. Our goal this year is to surpass the results of 2022 and carry around 400,000 passengers on 90,000 charter flights,” the company said.
The airline reminds that this year the national carrier also flies to Belgrade, Ljubljana, Banja Luka, Istanbul, Prague, Brno, Katowice, Paris, Nantes, Lyon, Frankfurt, Zurich, Copenhagen, Bratislava, Tel Aviv, etc.
