The Municipality of Ulcinj sold a 448-square-meter plot in the Pristan area at tender for 900,000 euros. The price per square meter of land is 2,000 euros. The buyer is Kosovo businessman Lirim Mustafa. The plot itself is located in the attractive Pristan area, just 50 meters from Small Beach. Lirim Mustafa was the only tender participant who paid a deposit of 95,000 euros. Within a month, he must sign the purchase agreement and pay the remaining amount. However, the local government had hoped that the land price would exceed 1 million euros. The plot had long been a subject of dispute among members of the ruling coalition, some of whom opposed the sale. Local residents hold the same position.
