Now tourists from Russia and Azerbaijan can enter Montenegro without presenting coronavirus tests. The National Coordination Council (NCC) has included these countries in the “green list”.
The NCC explained that it currently sees no obstacles to allowing tourists from Russia and Azerbaijan to enter. Especially considering Montenegro’s current epidemiological and economic situation.
At the moment, you can get from Russia to Montenegro with a layover in Istanbul for 230 euros.
