Tourist season is going very successfully, despite the "premonitions of certain individuals," said the Minister of Economic Development and Tourism in the Technical Government, Goran Đurović, adding that Montenegro's revenue is approaching 1 billion euros.

Speaking as a guest on the program on the television channel Vijesti, Đurović said that there are currently 144,000 tourists staying in Montenegro, of whom 36,000 are staying in hotels. Đurović stated that hotels are hosting 26 percent more guests than last year. Compared to 2019, there is an increase of seven percent.

The cities of Budva, Herceg Novi, and Ulcinj have recorded the highest number of tourists, while Tivat, Kotor, and Bar are also seeing good attendance.
