Russian Citizens in Montenegro Have Opened More Than a Thousand New Companies Since February

From February 1 to June 9, Montenegro registered 1,100 new companies, founded by individuals from Russia, the country's tax administration said. Of these, 229 companies are engaged in computer programming, and 81 companies are involved in data processing, application hosting, and application services. In third place is business-related consulting activities — 65 companies, and information technology consulting activities — 63 companies.

During the same period, 104 companies were registered and founded by individuals from Ukraine, and the most represented type of activity is programming — 13 companies.

In Serbia, from February 24 to May 31, a total of 399 individuals and eight legal entities from the Russian Federation registered the opening of 287 companies. In addition, another 730 Russian citizens registered as sole proprietors.
