Within four months, all facilities in the coastal zone that are not planned by the Temporary Facilities Program will be demolished by the Budva company Del Mar. Temporary cafés and restaurants, beach and open-air bars with or without a concrete base, as well as reinforced concrete foundations and walls, will be demolished. Recall that the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism approved the Program of Temporary Structures in the Maritime Zone for the period from 2019 to 2023. According to this document, temporary structures will not be allowed to be built on promenades in the future, as urban areas are overloaded. The implementation of the program is most visible in Budva. Last year, 6 iconic open-air discos, 14 fast-food outlets and shops on the promenade near the post office were demolished here. In the near future, the authorities plan to modernize the promenade area for local residents and tourists.
