The authorities of the Municipality of Ulcinj have adopted a decision under which Ada Bojana is classified in the category of “Quiet Zones in Nature.” This decision is intended to restrict daytime and nighttime parties, which have severely disturbed the peace and order in the fishing village.

From this moment on, the highest noise limit for Ada Bojana is 35 dB, which corresponds to the sound of conversation or birdsong. This means that loud music is now prohibited at any time of day, and fines of up to 10,000 euros will be imposed for non-compliance with the decision, – the authorities of Ulcinj said.

In conclusion of the report, they added that peace is returning to Ada Bojana. Thus, the animal world, which is unique in this area, will be protected.
