The biggest price increase is in the Tološi area. Apartments here have risen in price from 1,400 to 1,600 euros per sq. m. This is due to the launch of several luxury-class projects on the market. In the Momišići area, apartment prices have reached 1,800 euros per sq. m, local realtors note. However, real estate has become cheaper in the most prestigious part of Podgorica, at the foot of the Gorica forest park and near St. George’s Church. The lower price level here has dropped from 1,500 to 1,300 euros, while the upper level has remained unchanged — 2,000 euros per sq. m. The City Kvart district, near the Delta City shopping and entertainment center, has not lost its appeal among buyers. Apartments in this part of Podgorica have risen in price by an average of 100 euros per sq. m. The price range in the district varies from 1,450 euros to 1,750 euros per sq. m. In the Zabjelo, Ljubović and Zagorič areas, the average cost of housing in new buildings is from 1,000 to 1,200 euros per sq. m. Source.
