The global hotel chain Marriott Hotel confirmed that it will bring its Ritz-Carlton brand to Montenegro. It will build a new hotel in Luštica, about 30 minutes from Tivat. The first phase of the hotel complex will be completed in summer 2023, the 120-room hotel will open a year later, and the entire resort will be delivered in 2028. Ritz-Carlton will have its own pier, three restaurants, a beach bar, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, and “extensive outdoor activities.” The hotel and apartments will become part of a comprehensive service offering that includes a yacht club, villas, gardens, and a beach cove. Marriott operates another hotel in Montenegro – Four Points by Sheraton in Kolašin.
