The city authorities have banned cycling and riding electric scooters along the waterfronts of Tivat. Namely: “Pine” (Pine) and “Iva Vizina” (Iva Vizina), as well as Marshal Tito Street. The ban is in effect from 19:00 to 23:00. As local media report, this measure was introduced due to the increasing number of bicycles and electric scooters. They move at high speed and thus jeopardize pedestrian safety. In particular, they pose a danger to children. The Tivat administration added that informational signs about the ban on riding in the evening have already begun to be installed on the waterfronts. In addition, the installation of vertical traffic signage is underway.
