The Government of Montenegro has decided to add another project to the list of development projects eligible for economic citizenship. This refers to the “Cruiser” hotel, which is planned to be built in Budva.
In the documentation submitted for the public invitation by the companies Master Engineering and Bemax, it is stated that an investment is planned in Budva for the construction of a five-star condominium business model. Its capacity is 252 housing units, and the estimated budget is 58.2 million euros. It is also noted that the investor intends to create 153 new jobs in the complex.
At present, in the list of development projects there are 15 projects: seven in Kolašin, three in Žabljak, two in Budva, and one each in Mojkovac, Tivat, and Čanj. The total value of the projects applying for economic citizenship is about 450 million euros.
