The hotel will be built on the territory of the luxury Portonovi complex — on the shore of Boka Bay, in the village of Kumbor. One&Only will welcome its first guests on July 1. The hotel will have 113 rooms with spacious living rooms, panoramic windows, and terraces. Guests at the One&Only hotel will have access to a sandy beach, a marina with 238 berths, the Espace Chenot Health Wellness Spa wellness center, a helipad, as well as various boutiques and shops. Several restaurants will open in the complex. Among them are Sabia, headed by the famous chef Giorgio Locatelli, and Tapasake Club with Asian cuisine. All standard rooms, suites, and villas are designed so that guests can enjoy magnificent views of the surrounding marina, bay, and mountains. One&Only Portonovi Suite One is a presidential suite with one bedroom and its own wine cellar, from which guests can choose from 268 bottles of wine from Europe and the local region, a dining room for 12 people with a unique view of the mountains and bay, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and a separate entrance for butlers. The resort will offer two private villas, Villa One with three bedrooms and Villa Two with two bedrooms. “Each villa is located in its own fragrant garden with an outdoor shower and private pool, as well as a hot tub and sunset views. And all this is combined with the exceptional service of a dedicated butler and chef team,” the company said. The total investment in the project is estimated at 1 billion euros. The developer is Azmont Investments. It was founded by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan, which won the tender for the development of the coastal site in 2012.
