Prime Minister of Albania Edi Rama held a joint press conference with the EU Commissioner for Enlargement Oliver Varhelyi.
As the Albanian news agency Lapsi, during the press conference, the politician called on the new Prime Minister of Montenegro Dritan Abazović to join the Open Balkan project.
According to Rama, the founders of Open Balkan intend to continue what they have started without hesitation and are interested in other Western Balkan countries joining the project. However, Rama noted that he has not yet spoken about this with the new Prime Minister of North Macedonia.
The next Open Balkan summit will take place on June 9 and 10 in Ohrid.
