The Tivat company Tenth Planet will build a four- and five-star tourist resort on the peninsula Luštica.

In 2014, the company announced that it planned to invest ten million euros in the resort. The chief state architect, Dragan Vuković, gave approval for the conceptual architectural solution.

The founder is the Netherlands-registered company Cooperatieve Laxey Worldwide Wa, behind which, as previously reported in the media, stands British capital. The CEO of Tenth Planet is David Murray Savney.

The site where the tourist resort will be built is part of the local study of the Mrkovi – Nivice area. The total area of these two urban plots is 53,360 square meters, overlooking Mamula.

The total area of all premises will be 23,162 square meters. There will be 160 rooms and 320 beds. 147 parking spaces for passenger cars and one for buses are planned.

The construction of a main building with a central plateau, a shop, reception, restaurant, bars, lounge, four studios and apartments, as well as 20 villa blocks, is planned. It will be built in six phases, and each will have a central pool.

The standard block is an apartment of 70 square meters with one bedroom and a study, an open kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace that serves as an outdoor dining area or a living room with a beautiful view. There are several variations with a studio apartment type (36 square meters) and a premium penthouse of 90 square meters.
