Apartment Prices in Luštica Bay – from €336,000

In the first phase of the Luštica Bay complex, 90% of the apartments have been sold. The developer also offers detached houses and villas priced from 850,000 to 2 million euros. The largest share of buyers in the Luštica Bay project comes from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. They are followed by residents of the Middle East and other Western European countries. In addition, local media note that citizens of Russia and the countries of the former Soviet Union are also showing interest in the complex. Property buyers in the project represent 17 countries around the world. The complex is being built on the Luštica peninsula near Tivat — on the open coast of the Adriatic Sea. The total cost of the project is estimated at 1.1 billion euros. In addition, more than 1,000 apartments, 500 villas, 7 hotels, two marinas with 226 berths, an 18-hole golf course, shops, restaurants, and social infrastructure facilities will be built here. A total of 90 million euros is planned to be invested in infrastructure alone.
