Montenegro’s borders are open to all tourists from Russia with a negative COVID-19 PCR test, a vaccination certificate, or proof of antibodies. These conditions were announced by the State Secretary for Tourism at Montenegro’s Ministry of Economic Development, Ivana Djurovic, the Association of Russian Tour Operators (ATOR) reported.

However, according to her, tourists vaccinated against coronavirus will be luckier. They will not have to take another PCR test for coronavirus upon arrival in the country. At the same time, Djurovic believes that there will be no price increases in Montenegro’s hotels in the 2021 season.

In Montenegro, before the start of the tourist season, which begins in June, it is planned to vaccinate 70−75% of the population, including with the help of the Russian Sputnik V vaccine.

Let us remind you that air traffic between Russia and Montenegro has been suspended since March 2020. It is planned to resume flights between the two countries in 1.5 months.
