On April 5, mass vaccination began in Montenegro. At the moment, the Vaxzevria vaccine is being used (former name AstraZeneca). Vaccination is available to all citizens of Montenegro, as well as to persons who have a residence permit (temporary or permanent).

The vaccine can be obtained in the building of the Music Center in Podgorica. Chairs are set up outside so that people do not have to stand in line; at the entrance, temperatures are measured and hands are sanitized. Then documents (residence permit) are checked and people are directed to a doctor, who asks about their well-being, allergies, and any recent illnesses. After vaccination, they are asked to sit on a chair for 15 minutes, and they are given a document stating when they need to come for revaccination.

Vaccination is free and проводится from 8:00 to 20:00 on a first-come, first-served basis. It is expected that after April 20, it will also be possible to get vaccinated in other cities of Montenegro.
