On the first floor of the property, a restaurant with a terrace will open, on the second - an observation deck. On the other floors – office premises for employees of Luštica Bay. The Lighthouse is a multifunctional facility built as part of the Luštica Bay project. The height of the structure is 25.5 m. The Lighthouse occupies an area of 202 sq. m. The architectural project and design were developed by two firms from Podgorica - AIM Studio and Studio K. Source.
